About The Position

The Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) supports residents’ well-being by helping create a warm, supportive, and homelike environment. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and treating each resident with dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The Therapy CNA collaborates with therapy and other facility teams to support coordinated care. The listed schedules are Sunday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., or Saturday through Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have the stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
