About The Position

The Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) supports residents at Todd-Dickey Nursing and Rehab by helping foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment that prioritizes resident well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role assists with activities of daily living and provides companionship and reassurance. It involves working with therapy and other facility teams to support coordinated, comprehensive resident care.

Requirements

Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Have the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide nursing services.
Work collaboratively and as part of a team toward excellent resident care.
