About The Position

The Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Maple Park Village helps foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Ability to provide a supportive presence and contribute to a comforting, engaging atmosphere.
• Physical stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Ability to collaborate with therapy and other facility teams and work toward shared care goals.
• Interpersonal communication skills that support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Demonstration of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence (C.A.R.E.) values.
