About The Position

This is more than a customer service role. In this role, you’ll become a licensed claims adjuster and play a critical part in delivering on our promise to customers after an auto accident. You’ll guide them step-by-step through their claim, helping them feel supported during a stressful moment. No two days are the same - and your impact is real.

- Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment
- Requires strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
- General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
- 2+ years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
Responsibilities

- Solve problems and coordinate details with multiple parties
- Communicate clearly, compassionately, and confidently
- Keep things organized in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
