About The Position

Century Automotive Service Corporation, a Mapfre USA company, is hiring a Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster to handle vehicle service contract claims and provide customer-focused support. The role may be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The adjuster manages and adjudicates a high volume of claims, responds to customer and partner inquiries, resolves complex or escalated issues, and works with internal teams and external partners to support efficient claims handling and continuous improvement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Mountain Time. The listed pay range is $48,000–$54,500 annually, non-exempt. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Hands-on automotive experience, such as vehicle repair, service writing, or a technician background.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on removing obstacles and improving workflow efficiency.
Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

3–5 years of automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and adjudicate 20–30 vehicle service contract claims daily.
Answer incoming calls within 60 seconds and handle an average of 40 or more calls per day.
Provide prompt, professional, solution-oriented support to customers, clients, and repair facilities.
Resolve escalated or complex claims and customer concerns to successful outcomes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with Claims leadership to address and resolve issues quickly.
Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
