We are onboarding experienced Class A CDL drivers for an active yard switching and local hostling operation based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This hourly role keeps you moving locally while ensuring dependable home time and steady weekly pay. Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 to $24.50 per hour (based on experience) Overtime Rate: Time-and-a-half pay active after completing 40 hours in a work week Target Weekly Schedule: ~45 to 50 total working hours per week Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 gross per week Calculated Annual Earnings: $62,400 per year ($1,200/wk × 52 weeks) Home Time Routine: 100% Home Daily Workplace Environment: Active yard switching and hostling duty that involves physical mobility outdoors across fluctuating hot and cold seasonal weather conditions
