About The Position

NFI is hiring a local yard spotter to move trailers and assist dock operations. The role offers local routes with daily home time, reliable schedules, and late-model equipment with advanced technology and safety features. The stated average pay is $1,000–$1,500 based on a 40-hour workweek, with overtime after 40 hours. The pay range is also listed as $1,000–$1,500 per week. Drivers are expected to perform duties safely and responsibly, follow applicable laws and customer rules, and report equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after routes. Duties may include routes, pickups, and deliveries according to customer requirements. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have acceptable references from past employers.
Be physically capable of performing the job duties, including frequent movement, standing, walking, and sitting; frequent use of hands to touch, handle, and feel; and reaching with hands and arms.
Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

Spot trailers in the yard and assist dock operations.
Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
Follow applicable federal and state laws and regulations, as well as customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
Report equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after routes.
Perform routes, pickups, and deliveries based on customer requirements.
Safely and frequently enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
