About The Position

This role is an opportunity to create meaningful, joy-filled days for residents and their families, especially for those living with dementia. As a Clare Bridge Program Coordinator, you’ll lead the heart of our memory care community—designing engaging, person-centered programs that honor each resident’s life story, preferences, and abilities. From small, sensory-based experiences to community-wide events, you’ll create a supportive environment where residents feel seen, valued, and connected. You’ll partner with families and your team to bring comfort, understanding, and purpose to each day—helping residents maintain independence while enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities
