About The Position

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• One to two years relevant experience and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Food Handlers and MAST Permit required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in private club preferred but not required
• Craft cocktail experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Learn and prepare FGC's specialty mixers
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
