About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Solid cash-handling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Event bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, beer, and other beverages quickly, skillfully, and accurately.
• Follow established recipes and provide recommendations on drinks, spirits, and pairings.
• Check identification and monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Create a fun, welcoming environment and handle guest inquiries professionally and enthusiastically.
• Share knowledge of the menu and drink offerings and engage with patrons to make their visits memorable.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked; perform opening and closing duties, restocking, and inventory checks.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including answering phones and helping servers.
• Stay aware of activity throughout the facility and anticipate guest needs.
• Support special events, private parties, and corporate gatherings as needed.
• Complete tasks assigned by management to support the team.
• Communicate clearly with staff and leadership, maintain a positive attitude, and support teammates during service.
