About The Position

Bella is seeking passionate, skilled, and energetic Bartenders to join its team. The role involves crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and helping ensure guests have an enjoyable experience through exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, interact with guests, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar. Requirements

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Passion for hospitality and guest connection.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment and utensils, and restock supplies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Accurately handle cash register transactions, process payments, and manage tabs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food-handling practices.
