About The Position

Red Robin bartenders are part of the Front of House service team and deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and knowledgeable about beverages. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. The role offers a base pay rate of $4.35 per hour plus variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. Tips and other compensation provide additional earning opportunities. Red Robin describes its environment as laid-back, high-volume, and full-service, with opportunities to grow within the company.
