About The Position
Red Robin bartenders deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and knowledgeable about beverages. The role is part of the Front of House service team, where strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Bartenders earn a base pay rate of $4.35 per hour plus variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. Prior bartending, bar-back, or serving experience is preferred, and applicants must be at least 21 years old. The role offers opportunities to grow with Red Robin.
