About The Position

Bella is seeking passionate, skilled, and energetic Bartenders to join its team. The role involves preparing beverages, maintaining the bar area, and helping guests enjoy their experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology and is committed to exceptional customer service. Duties and requirements may change based on guest requests or business needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Passion for hospitality and guest connection.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment and utensils, and restock supplies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food-handling practices.
