About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bartender to join the team at Doc Crow's. The role is part of a hospitality organization focused on authentic, respectful service and the needs of guests and team members. The position includes serving guests, supporting food and drink service, and assisting with table bussing. Flexible hours and shifts are required.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Knowledge of alcohol-serving practices and standards.

Nice To Haves

• Food safety certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and that the buffet is appealing.
• Provide drink orders to the bartender.
• Garnish drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
