About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, dynamic, service-oriented Host to join the team at Doc Crow’s. The role supports the restaurant’s service culture by helping provide fast, courteous service and a positive experience for guests. The position involves greeting and escorting guests, managing dining reservations, coordinating special services, maintaining dining room serving stations, and handling guest payments. Requirements

High school education.
Team player.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers and calculators.
Basic mathematical skills needed to make change and give refunds.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate restaurant personnel activities to provide fast and courteous service to guests.
Schedule dining reservations and arrange special services for diners.
Greet and escort guests and provide menus.
Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
Collect payments from guests.
Total receipts at the end of the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
