About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Host to join the team at Doc Crow's. The Host helps coordinate restaurant personnel and provide fast, courteous service to guests. The role includes welcoming and seating guests, managing dining reservations, maintaining the dining room's appearance, and handling guest payments. The position offers a flexible work environment and access to company benefits, subject to eligibility and company policy.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers and calculators.
Basic mathematical skills needed to make change and give refunds.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate restaurant personnel activities to provide fast and courteous guest service.
Schedule dining reservations and arrange special services for diners.
Greet and escort guests and provide menus.
Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
Collect payments from guests.
Total receipts at the end of the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
