Requirements

• Previous Service Manager or long Term Advisor / Warranty Experience
• Strong Motivational and Leadership Skills
• Strong Management Skills - Management experience is required
• Track record of success and integrity
• Strong Service Sales Ability
• Customer Orientated – Proven CSI record
• Positive Attitude, Energetic and enthusiastic to do work
• Well Organized
• Professional telephone and communication skills
• Computer literate, with good keyboard skills- Experience with CDK or other automotive software.
• Able to work productively in a TEAM environment
• Able to organize work flow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely.
• Automotive - 5 years
• Valid Driver license

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service department
• Responsible for all operations within the automotive shop
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Able to hire, schedule, motivate and reward technicians.
• Able to handle and resolve customer complaints with strong customer service skills
• Contribute to the training and development of technicians and advisors
• Enforce adherence with all safety standards and environmental laws and regulations
