About The Position
G & C Auto Body, a family-owned and operated company since 1972, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join their growing team. With 60 locations across Northern California and plans for further expansion, G & C Auto Body offers a supportive, family-like environment combined with the structure of a larger corporation. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
- Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
- Excellent customer service/sales background
- Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
- Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
- Must have a valid California Driver's License
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen prior to hire
- Must receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment
Nice To Haves
- Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred

- Estimating in an auto body shop
- Using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs

- Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month)
