About The Position
The Goddard School in Beverly Hills, MI is seeking passionate and energetic full-time Assistant Teachers to join their team. This role involves working with infants in a full-day childcare and preschool environment. The school is committed to providing a safe, dynamic, and nurturing atmosphere that fosters joyful and confident learners prepared for success. Teachers at Goddard Schools experience a sense of accomplishment through planning activities, observing children's interests, collaborating with colleagues, and communicating with parents daily. The school emphasizes a supportive and fun workplace with strict health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Full time positions consist of a nine hour shift (8 am to 5 pm, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) with an hour break.
- 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Observe children's interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum.
- Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Engage with other infant, toddler, and preschool teachers and continue to grow in the field of early childhood education.
