About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to meet state and local childcare licensing requirements.
Nice To Haves
- ECE coursework.
- One or more years of childcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support fun learning environments.
- Follow TLE standards and protocols to maintain clean, safe, and organized classrooms where children can explore and learn.
- Monitor children’s growth and development, understand key milestones, and celebrate their progress.
- Build relationships with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments through the mobile app.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.
