About The Position

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, merchandising assistant, or retail operations role.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive communication skills and consistent follow-through on tasks.
• Comfort working in Microsoft platforms and basic project management tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Genuine interest in fashion merchandising and collaborations, with the ability to identify product opportunities and willingness to become an expert within the competitive landscape.
• Internship or hands-on experience in merchandising.
• Exposure to wholesale operations or wholesale merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist merchant leads in organizing assortments aligned with the overall department strategy.
• Track sample progress and maintain accurate style and SKU details across platforms.
• Place purchase orders and special project requests across all systems.
• Help prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and project status updates while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including calendars, trackers, and decks.
• Prepare and analyze line sheets, selling recaps, and additional merchandising tools to support business decisions.
