About The Position

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• An active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (or the ability to obtain one quickly at the company's expense).
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Solid Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment where time management and attention to detail are critical.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
• Ability to work in a team that relies on each other.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, including complex ones.
• Review policies to confirm coverage and address related issues.
• Manage customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy, even in difficult conversations.
• Respond to demands, requests, and questions with clear communication to keep all parties informed.
• Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed and timely records.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company regulations.
