About The Position

Requirements

At least 12 months of Auto Damage experience.
A demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service and promptly and accurately settling claims.
A valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines.
Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
Willingness to be flexible with the primary work location; work may involve remote, field, or in-office settings.
Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and multitasking skills.
Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
