About The Position

GEICO is seeking an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to work in the Baltimore, Maryland territory. The role involves settling auto damage claims promptly and accurately while delivering excellent customer service. The adjuster should be able to handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge. This is not a remote-only role; work may involve field, in-office, or remote settings, and the primary work location may be flexible. The stated annual salary range is $36.63–$57.49, with the final offer depending on factors including responsibilities, experience, education and training, location, and market and business considerations. Requirements

At least 12 months of Auto Damage experience and a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering excellent customer service while settling claims.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company underwriting guidelines.
Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; the role may require remote, field, or in-office work.
Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and multitasking skills.
Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand these abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
