About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year experience in admin, data entry, customer service, or social media management

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle emails, and organize documents and files.
• Accurately input, update, and maintain client and property data in our CRM and spreadsheets.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to property inquiries, account updates, and follow-ups.
• Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track basic performance metrics across platforms.
• Liaise between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
