About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation and inventory transactions.
• Ability to obtain mobile equipment certification.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Forklift or other material handling equipment experience.
• Experience working with inventory systems and production documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support machine operators with production setup, roll changes, packaging, and labeling.
• Supply machines with raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Perform quality checks and monitor products to ensure specifications are met.
• Move materials, finished goods, scrap, and recycled materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
