About The Position

Requirements

• Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screenings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications in accordance with Virginia regulations and community policies.
• Accurately document medication assistance and resident care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes or concerns to nursing leadership.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Support activities that encourage resident engagement and well-being.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and comfortable community.
