Medication Aide / Med Tech (Certified) – Assisted Living
About The Position
Allegro Harrington Park is hiring a Certified Medication Aide / Med Tech to support residents in its assisted living community. The role includes administering medications in accordance with state guidelines, assisting residents with daily living activities, and working with nurses and other care team members to provide excellent resident care. The position also helps maintain a safe, engaging, and positive environment and builds meaningful relationships with seniors and their families. PRN scheduling is available across all shifts. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with higher pay based on experience. Same Day Pay options are available. Walk-in interviews are offered Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Current Medication Aide/Medication Technician certification is required.
- A positive background screening is required.
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous senior living, assisted living, home care, or healthcare experience.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
