Join Roche, where every voice matters. As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition group, you will promote a team environment and exhibit collaborative leadership. You will partner with TA colleagues, Human Resource Business Partners, clients, and Talent Acquisition Management to develop and implement staffing plans and strategies. The Opportunity: As a Senior Talent Partner, you will collaborate with hiring managers and senior management in the full lifecycle recruitment of talent in the Americas. You will individually manage a portfolio of requisitions, focusing on meeting and exceeding hiring manager expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or Shared Services environment.
  • Bilingual, with required fluency in English and Spanish.
  • High level of social competence and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrixed environment across borders.
  • Growth mindset, end-to-end accountability, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Independent, yet collaborative working style and the ability to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with United States, and Canada processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharma/Biotech industry experience.
  • Portuguese, French fluency.
  • Experience with pharma companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in progressive sourcing (Direct Sourcing, Web 2.0, networking).
  • Experience recruiting for different regions (US, Canada, LATAM).
  • Technical proficiency in Workday or similar enterprise-level recruiting software.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hiring processes and develop complex recruiting strategies within assigned requisitions and organizations.
  • Recruit talent by sourcing, reviewing applications, screening candidates, and processing offers within Workday.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and coach managers on providing feedback, developing offers, and determining competencies.
  • Contribute to staffing process improvements and ensure recruiting solutions remain consistent with Corporate Talent Acquisition objectives.
  • Act as the point person for staffing reports and metrics while ensuring strict adherence to internal processes and maintaining the ATS/CRM.
  • Partner with client groups on internal talent management, including succession planning, talent reviews, and internal candidate movement.
  • Educate business leaders on relocation/immigration processes and attend networking events to proactively manage the recruitment escalation process.
