About The Position

Teledyne Brown Engineering is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit talent for aerospace, defense, engineering, and technology programs. The role leads full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions, partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies. It involves sourcing and engaging candidates, providing market intelligence, building talent pipelines, representing the company at events, and promoting its employer brand. The position supports innovative programs, including NASA space missions and national security work.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting talent.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting capabilities.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering results.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage talent through networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
• Represent Teledyne Brown Engineering at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
