About The Position
PT Services (Delaware) LLC, part of Playtech, represents the Playtech Live product. The company operates live studios featuring state-of-the-art cameras and broadcasts in premium HD quality. More than 1,830 professionals from different countries are part of Playtech Live, with an opportunity to join its international team in Pennsylvania. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment lifecycle, working with other departments to meet talent acquisition goals. The role includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting recruitment meetings and interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, advertising open positions, and developing improvements to recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using social media and other recruitment and business development techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and actively source talent through various channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve talent acquisition goals.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including screening resumes from diverse sources.
- Schedule and conduct recruitment meetings and interviews.
- Maintain and update internal recruitment systems.
- Advertise open positions across approved channels.
- Propose and implement innovative recruitment strategies and improvements.
