The University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach PAP4720 - Négociation, collaboration et partenariats privés-publics during the 2027 Winter Semester. This course explores theories and approaches to negotiation, interest-based negotiation, models and determinants of collaboration, and examines public service delivery models based on partnerships with private and community organizations. It also delves into the socio-political and administrative issues associated with public-private partnerships. The course will be delivered online in a programmed and synchronous format with live instruction. The University offers training for online course delivery, and the teaching mode may change due to health reasons or other factors.
