About The Position

This seminar allows students completing an honours program with specialization in public administration to apprehend the field of public administration in a more integrated and global manner. The main theories and contributions having shaped the development of public administration as a field of study, particularly in Canada, are examined. The course will be offered in person. Teaching method might be modified due to public health measures or other reasons.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Ph.D. coursework in the field of public administration.
• Teaching experience in the field.
• Demonstrate qualifications and skills in CV.
• Provide information on previous training or experience with teaching if never taught at the University of Ottawa.
• Competence in a second language (active).

• A letter of intent that demonstrates knowledge of the topic of this course.

Responsibilities

• Teach the Integration Seminar in Public Administration (PAP4365 Section C00).
• Demonstrate knowledge of the topic of the course.
• Complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
