About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
• 2+ years of experience in data and analytics roles
• Proficient in querying and analyzing data using SQL and Python in enterprise environments like Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, or SQL Server.
• Skilled in developing interactive Tableau dashboards, applying best practices in data visualization to clearly communicate insights.
• Familiar with Customs and/or Supply Chain data, able to lead cross-functional projects, and comfortable with extended desk work, presentations, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support import/export operations and compliance teams by providing day-to-day assistance and ensuring smooth execution of processes.
• Coordinate, review, and update internal procedures, and contribute to the development of training modules to support ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
• Assist in identifying, qualifying, implementing, and operating strategic cost-saving initiatives such as foreign trade zones, duty drawback, free trade agreements, and duty suspension programs.
• Translate business questions into actionable analytics plans using SQL, Python, and data modeling; communicate insights through dashboards, infographics, and visual storytelling.
• Apply advanced analytics to solve problems, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
