Full Stack Developer

About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on development experience and a passion for building scalable, user-centric applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, making strong communication skills essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full stack development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Science, or related field
- Strong proficiency in: Python, PHP, JavaScript, React.js, Drupal
- Experience with database management: MySQL
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of UI development principles and responsive design
- AI/ML integration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience with modern development tools and version control (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of web security best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks
- Develop and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Work with AI-driven features and data integrations where applicable
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
