In Room Dining Server - Part Time
About The Position
The In Room Dining Server is a Guest Service Expert who helps create memorable guest experiences through food and beverage service. The role includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. Servers are expected to make transactions feel like part of the guest experience and to uphold company policies, workplace safety, quality standards, and professional appearance and communication expectations. The position involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on work, including handling objects and reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
