About The Position

The Dish - Server Assistant maintains the interior and exterior of the restaurant, clears tables, and washes dishes, pots, pans, and glassware. The role ensures ice and utensils are kept adequately supplied throughout the shift and that front- and back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and stocked to support timely guest service. The restaurant exterior must also be kept clean, neat, and organized.

Requirements

• Must be energetic and have superior service etiquette skills.
• Must be courteous and pleasant, have a good personality, and make guests feel welcome.
• Must have superior hospitality and charisma skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the restaurant’s interior and exterior.
• Bus tables.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware.
