About The Position

The Dish & Server Assistant maintains the restaurant’s interior and exterior, buses tables, and washes dishes. The role ensures pots, pans, dishes, glassware, ice, and utensils are kept clean and adequately stocked throughout the shift. It also keeps the front and back of the house clean, organized, and stocked to support timely guest service, and maintains a clean, neat, and organized restaurant exterior.

Requirements

• Be energetic and have superior service etiquette skills.
• Be courteous and pleasant, have a good personality, and make guests feel welcome.
• Have superior hospitality and charisma skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the entire interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Bus tables and wash dishes, including pots, pans, dishes, and glassware.
• Ensure ice and utensils are maintained in adequate supply throughout the shift.
• Keep the front and back of the house clean, organized, and stocked to support timely guest service.
• Keep the restaurant exterior clean, neat, and organized.
