About The Position

The Server welcomes guests and provides attentive service throughout their visit. The role involves accurately taking and communicating orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and helping guests choose menu items through recommendations and upselling. Servers also promote the Denny’s Rewards Program by explaining its benefits, maintain a clean and organized dining room, process payments, and work with front-of-house and back-of-house colleagues to support smooth service. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, front-of-house staff member, or in customer service is preferred.
