About The Position

The Dish- Server Assistant maintains the restaurant’s interior and exterior, buses tables, and washes dishes, including pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. The role ensures ice and utensils remain adequately supplied throughout the shift and keeps front- and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and stocked to support timely guest service. The restaurant exterior must also be kept clean, neat, and organized.

Requirements

• Be energetic and demonstrate superior service etiquette skills.
• Be courteous and pleasant, have a good personality, and make guests feel welcome.
• Demonstrate superior hospitality and charisma skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of hospitality experience is preferred.
