About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server/Bartender to join the team at Saint Johns Resort. The role is part of an organization focused on hospitality, respect, authenticity, meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and making a positive impact. The position involves serving guests at events and supporting food and beverage service.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Be a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered to the correct recipients and food is properly prepared and presented, and/or that the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
