About The Position

Requirements

• Prior experience of 1–2 years working in Food & Beverage.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• A high work ethic and sense of responsibility for the role within the team.
• Fluency in English.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays.

• Fine dining or resort experience, preferably with an emphasis on high volume.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bartenders with serving food.
• Set up and clear china, glassware, and silverware.
• Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with appropriate glassware, linens, and other service tools.
• Organize and clean the back-of-house area.
• Requisition dry goods and operating supplies.
