About The Position

StripSteak is a modern American steakhouse combining Asian influence with Chef Michael Mina's signature style. Located on the third floor Grand Lanai at the International Market Place in Waikiki, it serves a seasonally driven menu featuring local ingredients, seafood, premium beef, signature sides, and wines and spirits, alongside attentive service and genuine hospitality.

As a Server Assistant, you are a vital member of the service team, helping create memorable dining experiences and supporting seamless service in a high-volume fine dining environment. The role calls for energy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for food, beverage, and genuine hospitality.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining, high-volume atmosphere.
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work cleanly, stay organized, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
