Server Assistant
About The Position
Waialae Country Club is a private membership club offering members a championship golf course, dining services, health and recreational facilities, and hosting the Sony Championship Hawaii. The club is recognized as a Platinum Club of America, an Honorable Mention Platinum Club of the World, and a Distinguished Club with ELITE status by BoardRoom Magazine. The Server Assistant works in the Food & Beverage department and supports servers with dining-room service and setup. The position offers an opportunity for growth and promotion to a Server role. It is part-time, with 20–29 hours per week. The pay range is $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Waialae Country Club has a no-tipping policy, but this position is eligible to earn a service charge.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Bus and set tables; serve and refill beverages; polish silverware; wipe glasses; and fold napkins.
- Assist with food running and food expediting.
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed.
