About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is hiring a full-time Server Assistant for Five-One-Six, a rooftop venue offering signature cocktails and panoramic Pacific Ocean and sunset views. The role supports guest service and restaurant operations by preparing service supplies and tables, helping guests with beverages, and maintaining a clean, polished dining environment.

The position is scheduled five days per week, Wednesday through Sunday, from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Pay is $19.12 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of food service or related work experience is preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service, ensuring items are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests professionally and serve beverages, explaining their contents and anticipating guest needs.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items.
• Assist with guest service, including retrieving drinks from the bar on a tray, safely transporting them to guests, and removing items from tables.
• Break down, clean, and set up tables and chairs, and arrange menus.
