About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Five Mile Creek, a 236-unit apartment community in Dallas, Texas. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, helping maintain occupancy and financial performance, build positive resident and community relationships, and support site personnel. The role may include scheduled on-call duties and occasional evening or weekend work.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous property management experience.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience.
• Experience with Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
