About The Position

The Assistant General Manager will support the launch of a new Werner Final Mile (WFM) business operation serving Bob’s Discount Furniture. The operation uses two-person delivery teams consisting of a driver and helper, who may be employees or independent contractors. The role supports all facets of the operation, including transportation, delivery operations, and inventory control, in a fast-paced environment. The position is onsite and full-time, with a five-day Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule, open schedule availability, and a 4:30 a.m. start time. Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening, a background check, and a physical.
