About The Position

Five Guys is seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy Shift Manager to lead restaurant employees and help deliver excellent food and customer service. The Shift Manager leads the team through their actions, prepares food to Five Guys standards, and helps maintain a clean, organized restaurant. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities
