About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members to work as shift runners and assistant managers. These roles are responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. Managers are expected to set an example by following all company policies and procedures and ensuring their crew does the same. The company offers opportunities to learn the skills needed to become a General Manager and promotes from within. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
