About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Five Mile Creek, a 236-unit apartment community in Dallas, Texas. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager with the property’s daily operations. The role helps maintain occupancy and achieve budgeted financial goals, builds resident relationships through excellent customer service, and supports the training and direction of site personnel. The Assistant Manager also establishes positive relationships in the surrounding community and is on call as scheduled by management.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous property management experience.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience.
• Yardi software experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on call as scheduled by management.
